The Top 7 countries in the Table alone account for 35,137 deaths, which is 86.4% of the total 40,673 deaths worldwide.
Eight countries now have 1000+ COVID-19 deaths, while 18 have 100+.
The “Mortality Rate” is highest in Italy (which is the only country to have 10,000+ deaths), followed by Indonesia, Spain, the Netherlands, Iraq, UK, France, Iran, Egypt, Algeria, and Belgium. Germany, Canada, Austria, Turkey, Malaysia, South Korea, Ireland, USA, and Portugal have the lowest Mortality Rates.
