Facebook suspended my Ad Account saying that I violated their advertising policy. When I appealed on April 7, asking them exactly what I did wrong, there was no response.
After a few days, I saw the case as closed. How can FB close a case without solving the problem? Does this seem to be crazy or what?
How can a company which has their India CEOs (Managing Directors) change every 15 months (or so) build a market of advertisers?
Anyways, I have filed a Complaint Ticket with FB once again today – let’s see what happens this time.
Does Facebook want to increase its advertising revenue from the world’s third largest economy? If they do, in my humble opinion, they need to make serious changes in their Support Team in India – IF ONE EXISTS.
