Recoveries Vs. Deaths for 20 Countries with the Most Coronavirus cases

I have been doing Data Analytics Studies on the Coronavirus Pandemic for 45 days. The 20 countries in this particular Study are amongst the 22 with the highest number of cases and represent 81.1% of all COVID-19 cases worldwide. UK and Netherlands are excluded as they have stopped reporting data for recoveries.

This study compares the percentage of recoveries and deaths in these 20 countries. The KEY is the “DIFFERENCE” in the third last column. I have posted on this same topic on three earlier occasions. Also, I have not seen any similar study anywhere, despite the fact I read a lot almost every day.

It’s nice to see the World’s figures sitting right at the median, with 10 countries above the world average and 10 below.

If we ignore China, whose figures no one believes in any case, why do Iran, Germany, and Switzerland have such high recovery rates and relatively low death rates, putting them on the top of the chart in terms of the difference between recoveries and deaths? Can anyone believe that Iran (with a 78.8% Recovery Rate) has far better healthcare than Sweden (5%), USA (13.8%), Belgium (23.6%), France (28.3%), Italy (34.2%) and Canada (38.4%)? Or do Iranians magically get cured, like in China?

Why do Sweden, Russia, USA, and Belgium have such low recovery rates?

The average Mortality Rate (Death %) in the world is already an alarming 6.9%. Why do Belgium (14.6%), France (14.3%), Italy (13.3%), Sweden (12.1%), and Spain (10.2%) have even higher Mortality Rates? And how do Saudi Arabia (0.7%), Russia (1%), Turkey (2.6%), Peru (2.7%), India (3.2%), Ecuador (3.6%), Germany (3.9%), and Portugal (4%) have such low Mortality Rates? Considering the level of development in these 13 countries, except Germany, shouldn’t the case be just the opposite?

If any researchers, scientists or healthcare professionals are able to find these answers, we will possibly move faster towards a cure for this deadly pandemic.

Some other questions that need to be asked:

(1) How has the Recovery Rate gone up so much in Turkey, Spain, Switzerland, and Germany in just 8 days?

(2) How has the Recovery Rate gone down so much in Peru, Brazil, Ireland, and Ecuador in just 8 days? Is it a coincidence that 3 of these 4 countries are in South America?

(2) How is the death rate in Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, and Spain gone down, when it has gone up in 14 countries and remained the same in 3 others?

(3) Why is the percentage of Active Cases so high in Portugal, Ecuador, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, and USA?
